If the tanning beds are maintained properly then it will go on for years and years. Quiet often, people feel that their bulbs have to be changed, but the truth is that a good cleaning is required in the inside of the tanning bed.

Normally tanning bed capture dust which has an adverse effect when the UV rays pass through the bulbs. Hence it is necessary to clean your tanning beds at least once in every month.

Remove the tanning acrylics from your tanning bed. Basically, the acrylics are thick, clear sheets of plastic that you can lie on when you are planning to tan. Usually, the top of the acrylics are wiped properly after each and every tanning class. There is a possibility that these sheets may pop up or slide out if you do not unscrew these sheets to the corners of the bed.

Take out the tanning lamps. The tanning lamps are long, thin bulbs which look like fluorescent bulbs. Hence they have to be handled with care, but it can be taken out and then can be put back altogether with less difficulty. As soon you remove them lay the tanning lamps flat on top of the clean sheet. Do not support any bulbs upright.

Clean the bulbs with a clean and moist cloth. Always ensure that you have squeezed out enough water from the cloth so that the cloth is little moist. Once you have cleaned the bulb, clean the other sheet so that you are not laying it back down in the dirt. If in case the cloth gets dirty, then rinse with water again and wrung the cloth before starting to wipe more bulbs.

After wiping the bulbs replace it in the bed. You can screw the bulbs as gentle as possible like you usually do for any other bulbs. If you find any problem in fixing, then take help of an electrician so that you don’t have to bang the bulbs on the edge and eventually breaking them in pieces.

Put the acrylics back into place. Be sure that you cleaned the underside of the acrylics before you put them back.

A lot of dust is collected in tanning beds, so it would be better to have it cleaned each and every part, which includes the fans and the ballast tray below the bed, each time you think of cleaning the bulbs.

His splendid knowledge has, in fact, sparked significant rise in revenue for talented electricians across the nation, from Dunedin Electricians to Grove City Electricians.
